SMOKING LAWS As of February 2008, all restaurants and bars in Ocean City and all across Maryland are smoke-free. The statewide ban affects all indoor public areas, with a few exceptions. Businesses with existed outside, open areas can allow smoking. Many other businesses are creating designated smoking areas for their guests, as well. |
